Legal and Ethical Requirements
HSILN lawyers are licensed to practice law only within the states
of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, but we affiliate or
form relationships with lawyers throughout the United States.
HSILN may refer prospective clients to other law firms located
throughout the country, who form relationships with HSILN, and
that are experienced in handling such cases. HSILN may also undertake
legal representation in certain cases, and will affiliate with
other legal counsel located throughout the country to provide

Wyoming: The Wyoming State Bar does not certify any lawyer as

Limitation Of Liability
A covered party (as defined below) shall not be liable for any
direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

regardless of any negligence of any covered party. "covered party"
means the offices of HSILN, its employees, affiliates, and any

Governing laws in case of dispute; jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA, as they apply
to agreements made and solely performed therein. Disputes arising
hereunder shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of
the federal courts of the United States of America and/or the
state courts of Pennsylvania and jurisdiction therefore shall
rest solely in Pennsylvania, USA.
Entire Agreement; Severability
These Terms of Use incorporate by reference any notices contained
on this Site and constitute the entire agreement with respect
to your access to and use of this Site. If any provision of these
Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void or unenforceable, then
that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions
and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.
