Roadway Design
Defective roadway design cases involve any of a number of possible road
or highway design defects. This means that one or more parts of
a roadway design may be inadequate and therefore unsafe. When
investigating a potential roadway design defect lawyers will usually
look at different parts of the roadway to determine if they are safe.
