Roadway Design

Defective roadway design cases involve any of a number of possible road or highway design defects.

This means that one or more parts of a roadway design may be inadequate and therefore unsafe.

When investigating a potential roadway design defect lawyers will usually look at different parts of the roadway to determine if they are safe.

These can include street signs, traffic lights, roadway lighting, barriers, curbs, medians, lane markers, intersections, exit ramps, shoulders, acceleration lanes and many more.
